Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 24hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. In rare cases of postal service delays beyond our control, you will be notified via email.

 

Domestic Shipping Rates 

Shipping is FREE for all UK orders and will take 3-5 working days. For faster shipping service, you can select from our Express Shipping options.

Express Shipping cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or military addresses. We can only ship to P.O. Boxes and military addresses (APO, FPO) addresses via Standard Shipping method.

Processing Time: The order processing time may take up to 3 days. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. 

Delays: In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time due to a high volume of orders or postal service issues beyond our control. We ask for your understanding and patience should this ever happen.

Split Shipments: We endeavour to ship complete orders only. However in some very cases, we may split your order into multiple packages. You will receive a tracking number for each package, should this happen. All packages will eventually get to you.

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. Shipping is FREE for all International orders above £99.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Ritzy Royale is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

If you will not be at home to receive your package, we recommend an alternative address e.g. an office address. If you refuse to pick-up or accept your package, you will be responsible for any duties, taxes and customs charges that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to our international warehouse address. This, together with a penalty fee for rejected parcel imposed by the courier company, will be deducted from your refund. If the total cost exceeds the cost of product, your refund will be voided.
